Welcome to 1tappa. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a 1tappa account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. This is a free-to-play platform — no purchase, payment, or wager is ever required to participate.

2. What 1tappa is (and isn't)

1tappa is a free-to-play cricket engagement platform. You make predictions about cricket matches, answer quizzes, and compete on leaderboards and duels, earning TP (Tappa Points) — an in-app loyalty currency with no cash value.

• TP cannot be purchased with real money, deposited, withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
• TP can only be redeemed inside the app for merchandise, experiences, coupons, digital perks, or a 1tappa Premium subscription, as listed in the Rewards catalog from time to time.
• 1tappa does not offer real-money gaming, betting, or wagering, and nothing in the app should be understood as such.
• We reserve the right to change the TP earning rates, redemption catalog, and reward availability at any time.

3. Your account

• You sign in using your mobile phone number and a one-time passcode (OTP). Keep your phone and account secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards, duels, or leaderboards is prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of TP.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content in watch-room chat or anywhere in the app that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or illegal.
• Attempt to manipulate predictions, quizzes, duels, or leaderboards through cheating, automation/bots, or exploiting bugs.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with 1tappa.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

5. Responsible play

1tappa is meant to be fun. It is not a way to earn income, and TP has no cash value. If you feel you're spending more time or attention on the app than you'd like, we encourage you to use your device's screen-time tools or take a break. Nothing in 1tappa is designed to create financial risk, since no real money ever changes hands.

6. Rewards and redemption

• TP is not property and has no monetary value; it is a revocable, non-transferable record of in-app engagement.
• Reward availability, stock, and eligibility rules (e.g. minimum TP, geographic restrictions) are set by us and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to reject or reverse a redemption in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

7. Intellectual property

The 1tappa app, branding, and content (excluding cricket data licensed from our data providers and content you post) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content without permission.

8. Third-party data

Live cricket data is provided by third-party sports data providers. We do our best to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it, and predictions/results are resolved based on the data available to us at the time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

1tappa is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
